Arturo and his team prepped and painted my house. They took care to remove downspouts and fixtures and spent a lot of time preparing, scraping, sanding the boards. Areas that were showing signs of extreme weathering were scraped sanded then wiped with epoxy and a primer. They covered and taped around window frames and soffits and then applied two coats of premium exterior paint. They had a 35 foot ladder to reach the facia boards. Not something many people would climb up and down on. They also were flexible with the weather – performing the work when weather was best for painting. Some days they started at 7am and did at least 10-11 hours of solid work.
The crew also spent time to clean up and remove their supplies and materials.
I’m pleased with the result and feel much better that the house exterior is in good shape for many years.
